Parking: Ajisen Ramen has its own dedicated parking lot which is not shared with any other businesses. During my visit, it was very easy to find parking. It didn't seem as if it was during the peak traffic time.

Inside: the inside isn't too big. It's a fairly small sized restaurant. The facility itself seemed to be well kept and maintained. All the tables are nicely prepared with menus, napkins, and chopsticks.

Customer Service: there were several employees working and all of them were very welcoming and patient with the customers that were there at the same time.

Food: any ramen on their menu is worth's try. There hasn't been a bad experience on any of their ramens for me but I personally like to go with their spicy pork ramen. If you haven't tried that out, go give it a try. It should be #37 on the menu.

Yelp Check-in: don't forget to check in at that this location using Yelp. Checking in on yelp will give you a BOGO offer on their drinks!

First off: calling to make a to go order. She answers and then I tell her I'm doing a to go order. She said okay please wait, comes back and ask what's my name and what's my order. I ask for 3 beef bowl, two without onions and one regular, she then leaves without telling me and talks to someone else about my order for a good few minutes and then answer okay $36 and something cents and be ready in 15 and hangs up.

Okay I got there and all of the beef bowl have no onions and then when I get home and I open up the bag. All the bowls barely have any rice or meat. $12 for this? That more like $4 or less. Ridiculous. Only reason I'm going to this one is because the one in San Gabriel is close. This place needs to fill the bowl. Very very sad. Waste of my money

2 star for being greeted by the host and a male server whom was nice and prompt.

-1 star for letting us wait over 10 mins prior to ordering. Had to ring the bell over 4 times. Table nearby was seated, rang the bell, and they got the service before my family did. If that table didn't mention we've been waiting to order, we'd never would've had our order taken in a timely manner. If you have a toddler, you know how impatient they get when they are hungry!

-1 star for rude waitress. Wasn't friendly at all, you can literally tell she was fake trying. We received an attitude when we requested a small bowl. She came back after 5 minutes with a bowl but we had already requested one from the nice male server whom saw my table confused and asked if we needed anything.

-1 star for sending my appetizer after I was nearly done with my ramen bowl. Ramen tasted like I can make it at home. Appetizer came in somewhat cold, idk if that was even healthy to eat, given that it was seafood.

2/5: Overall, food and service was subpar. Wasn't enough for me to say, let's come back and give another try. However, they have plenty of parking and I know why.

I'd rather go down to Ralph's, pick up Shin Ramyun, spam, and fresh green onions and call it a night!

This place is ok but the one in San Gabriel is a bit better.

Service to go was great.  Buy one drink get one free yay!

I ordered premium pork ramen and I was very disappointed.  Flavor was good, but I've never seen pork be so thin!

The gyoza was tiny and was the saddest thing ever.  Flavor was good, but for price I could've had three times and better looking from Trader Joe's!

I yelped and found other places to go, but I like their caramel coffee and the little Asian girl logo.  I will have to find the best ramen place in sgv, who's down???

This place sucks. Winnie seated us and didn't look happy about doing her job. She was down right rude and didn't seem to want us there. We ordered n waited, and waited. To be fair, it was busy, but I saw two tables getting their food and drinks who came after us. There was a girl who tried to help us, and she was apologetic. What did it for me was that my son pointed out a cockroach crawling on the side of our table. I lost my appetite immediately n we decided to leave. Total waste of time, and I will be making a call to the health department. Don't come here if you want to be treated like 2nd class citizens and be exposed to being food poisoned. Never again.
